All shipping is tracked, with an approximate local delivery time of 2-3 business days. Shipping may take longer during sale periods due to order volumes. International orders may incur import duties and taxes, these are payable by the customer. Parcels sent that have their customs and duties taxes refused will be returned to sender and refunded less delivery & cost of return to our warehouse.

In the unfortunate event that your order is damaged or lost during shipping, we will promptly replace the items or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
