Duties & Taxes

For international orders, duties and taxes may apply depending on your local customs regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer. Parcels returned due to unpaid duties will be refunded minus original shipping and return-to-sender fees.

Delays & Liability

All listed shipping timeframes are estimates. INTUS is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs. The shipping process is managed by third-party providers, and refunds will not be issued for late deliveries.

We are not liable for losses due to natural disasters, civil unrest, customs or postal service strikes, extreme weather events, or telecommunications failures.

Return to Sender Parcels

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or failure to collect it from the post office:

  • We reserve the right to charge a reshipment fee.
  • If you request a refund instead, a return-to-sender fee will be deducted to cover the cost of the parcel being returned to our warehouse.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout to avoid delays or additional charges.

Shipping Protection

Add peace of mind at checkout with Shipping Protection. It covers your order against damage or loss during transit. If something happens, we’ll replace your items or issue a full refund – including shipping.

If Shipping Protection is not selected, we’ll still assist in resolving any issues via AusPost or DHL, but INTUS will not be held liable for any losses incurred during transit.
