Returns
- All returns within Australia incur a flat fee of $12.95, with labels available through our returns portal.
- For all international returns, please contact us. Customers are responsible for the postage cost for international returns.
- For EU Customers: If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your last item,. To exercise this right, please contact us directly — our returns portal does not accommodate this request, we will assist you manually.
Return Eligibility
- Sale Periods: Exchanges cannot be made during these periods as we can not guarantee items will be in stock. Returns will be eligible for store credit.
- Full-Price and Sale Items: Eligible for exchanges or store credit if not marked as clearance, final sale, or "no returns."
- Final Sale & Clearance Items: Cannot be returned or exchanged for different sizes.
Return Conditions
- 30-Day Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- If items are not sent back in their original condition (e.g., covered in hair, not in original packaging), a 20% handling fee will apply, deducted from the store credit.
- Store Credit Expiry: Store credit will be issued once your return is approved and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Rejected Returns: If items are damaged, stained, or otherwise not in a sellable condition, they will be rejected and a reshipping fee will apply to send the items back to the customer.
