Returns

  • All returns within Australia incur a flat fee of $9.95, with labels available through our returns portal.
  • For international returns, please contact us. Customers are responsible for the postage cost for international returns.

Return Eligibility

  • Black Friday Sale: Exchanges cannot be made during this period as we can not guarantee items will be in stock. Returns will be eligible for store credit.
  • Full-Price and Sale Items: Eligible for exchanges or store credit if not marked as clearance, final sale, or “no returns.”
  • Clearance Items: Cannot be returned or exchanged for different sizes.

Return Conditions

  • 30-Day Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • If items are not sent back in their original condition (e.g., stained, covered in hair), a 20% handling fee will apply, deducted from the store credit.
  • Store Credit Expiry: Store credit will be issued once your return is approved and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards are non-refundable.
