Returns
- All returns within Australia incur a flat fee of $9.95, with labels available through our returns portal.
- For international returns, please contact us. Customers are responsible for the postage cost for international returns.
Return Eligibility
- Black Friday Sale: Exchanges cannot be made during this period as we can not guarantee items will be in stock. Returns will be eligible for store credit.
- Full-Price and Sale Items: Eligible for exchanges or store credit if not marked as clearance, final sale, or “no returns.”
- Clearance Items: Cannot be returned or exchanged for different sizes.
Return Conditions
- 30-Day Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- If items are not sent back in their original condition (e.g., stained, covered in hair), a 20% handling fee will apply, deducted from the store credit.
- Store Credit Expiry: Store credit will be issued once your return is approved and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards are non-refundable.
