Pre-orders

When placing an order that includes pre-order items, please note that your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order items are back in stock and ready for dispatch. This ensures that you receive all your items together for a seamless shopping experience (and also lowers everyone's carbon footprint! 🌎💚)

If you're eager to receive your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders — one for the pre-order items and another for the items currently in stock. This way, you'll get the available items promptly while also securing your pre-order for future shipment.

Pre-order shipment dates can vary, and we appreciate your patience as we work to fulfill your order. Typically, pre-order items will be dispatched within four to six weeks from the date of purchase. We'll keep you informed of any updates regarding the status and estimated shipment date of your pre-order.
