TERMS & CONDITIONS – THE SOLENE COLLECTION GIVEWAY

1. COMPETITION OVERVIEW

INTUS is giving one lucky winner the chance to win a Solene matching set ahead of the Solene Collection launch on June 2, 2026. The prize includes the Solene Tank and Solene Flare Leggings in the winner's choice of colour.

2. COMPETITION PERIOD

  • The competition begins at 12:01 AM AEST on May 28, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on June 1, 2026.
  • The winner will be drawn on June 2, 2026.

3. ELIGIBILTY

  • This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
  • Employees of INTUS and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two ways to enter:

  • Website / Meta lead form entry: Complete the Solene early access sign-up via the INTUS website (www.intus.com.au) or via the INTUS Meta lead generation ad on Facebook or Instagram during the competition period. Each participant is permitted one (1) entry via this method.
  • Instagram entry: On the official INTUS Solene giveaway post on @intus.au, participants must:
    • Follow @intus.au
    • Like the giveaway post
    • Tag a friend they would match with in the comments (the tagged friend must also be following @intus.au)
  • Each tag on the Instagram giveaway post counts as a separate entry. Participants may tag as many friends as they like, with each tag representing one (1) additional entry.
  • Bonus entry: Participants who share the giveaway post to their Instagram story and tag @intus.au will receive one (1) bonus entry.
  • Participants may enter via both the website/Meta form and Instagram, and all valid entries will be combined into a single draw.

5. PRIZE DETAILS

  • The prize consists of one (1) Solene matching set, including:
    • One (1) Solene Tank in the winner's choice of colour (Marle Grey, Coffee Bean, White, or Midnight Black)
    • One (1) pair of Solene Flare Leggings in the winner's choice of colour (Marle Grey, Coffee Bean, or Midnight Black).

6. PRIZE CONDITIONS

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • The winner must select their size from INTUS's available size range. INTUS reserves the right to substitute any item in the prize with another of equal or greater value if the winner's selected size or colour is unavailable at the time of fulfilment.
  • The prize will be shipped to the winner free of charge within Australia. INTUS is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

  • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries across both entry methods.
  • The draw will take place at the INTUS office on June 2, 2026.
  • The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram (for Instagram entries) or via email (for website/Meta form entries) within two (2) business days of the draw.
  • The winner's first name and last initial may be announced on the INTUS Instagram account and via the INTUS mailing list.

8. CLAIMING THE PRIZE

  • The winner has fourteen (14) days from the date of notification to claim the prize by responding to the notification message with their full name, shipping address, preferred colourway, and size.
  • If the prize is not claimed within this period, it will be forfeited, and INTUS reserves the right to redraw or not award the unclaimed prize.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • By entering this competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
  • INTUS reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms, including but not limited to entries from fake accounts, duplicate accounts, or entries made by participants who do not meet the eligibility criteria.
  • INTUS reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes will be notified to participants as soon as possible.
  • INTUS is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  • The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by Australian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

10. PRIVACY

  • Personal data collected as part of the competition will be used for the purposes of administering the competition, including contacting the winner.
  • By entering via the website or Meta lead form, participants agree to receive marketing communications from INTUS, including information about product launches, sales, and promotions. Participants may opt out of these communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in emails or contacting INTUS directly.
  • All personal data will be handled in accordance with INTUS's privacy policy, available at www.intus.com.au/policies/privacy-policy.

11. ORGANISER

  • The promoter of this competition is Aeon Lux Investments Pty Ltd trading as INTUS (ABN 80 642 184 389).

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform. Participants provide their information to INTUS and not to these platforms.
